Basic conditions for your GreenLoans Loan

To be eligible for a GreenLoans Loan, you must at least meet the following conditions:

• You are between 21 years old and 70 years old.
• You have a home for sale.
• You are employed or receive a benefit in the form of pension, AOW or WIA (IVA)
• You use the loan for a green investment approved by us and you can demonstrate this with the proof of purchase.
• You live in the Netherlands.
• You have a valid ID. This is a passport, identity card or driver's license.
• You have income that is deposited into a Dutch account number.
• You are not in debt settlement.
• You do not have a negative BKR registration.
• You have the Dutch nationality. Or you have a foreign nationality with a permanent residence permit. If you have a temporary residence permit, you are only eligible if your spouse has a permanent residence permit or has the Dutch nationality and permanent employment for an indefinite period.
• You are not an independent entrepreneur or self-employed person.

What does the GreenLoans Loan cost?

The interest of the GreenLoans Loan is fixed and that is why you pay a fixed amount every month until the loan is fully repaid. We have prepared example calculations of the GreenLoans Loan with different credit amounts, terms and monthly amounts.
