Our services
The services provided by abdallahka.com fall under Distance Selling in the context of the WFT. This means that you as a consumer do not have to visit our office and we do not come to your home to conclude an agreement. In the case of Distance Selling, you as a consumer have the right to revert to this after conclusion of an agreement. Our services are advice-free. This means that we do not have any contractual obligations to advise you to choose the financial products of certain insurance companies, banks and / or mortgage lenders. abdallahka.com mediates in the realization of agreements between you and the providers cooperating with us. We have concluded an agreement with all these providers to exclusively mediate. We periodically make a selection of the financial products offered by banks and insurance companies. We work with a number of preferred companies. We determine who they are. We are therefore completely free in our advice.

What we expect from you?
You may set high standards of our services, but to achieve that we also expect something from you. Naturally, we expect you to provide us with the correct information. This is in your best interest. We need the correct information from you to provide good advice on your insurance, mortgage, credit, pension and other financial matters. Our advice and / or management will follow on the basis of the information you provide. If there are changes in your personal situation or in that of your family, we expect you to notify us as soon as possible. Changes include the following subjects: change of address, change of account number for direct debit, death, birth, marital status (divorce, marriage, cohabitation, etc.), income (increase, decrease, possibly relevant to change product) and current loans elsewhere. We request that you check the details of the documents provided by us and / or the company for correctness and to pass on any inaccuracies to us immediately.

Privacy
For the work that we carry out for you (assignment agreement), it is necessary that we request personal data from you and process it in our administration or advice and quotation programs. We provide this information to providers where we request quotes or financial products or services for you. The personal data is stored for up to 5 years after the financial product has ended.

As a data subject, you have the right to see what information we have stored about you in our records. You can submit a request to this effect via contact@abdallahka.com . If you believe that the information held by us is incorrect or is being held incorrectly, you can request us to amend or delete this information. You can also request us not to distribute this information further (restriction). In such a case, we may ask for further substantiation of your request, in order to determine in this way whether your request is correct.

If we have received personal data from you because you have given us explicit permission for this, for example to carry out marketing activities, you can withdraw that permission at any time.

Payments
In principle, payments of premium, interest and / or repayment take place monthly by authorizing the bank and / or insurer to have the funds debited from your bank or giro account by direct debit. The debit will take place at a fixed time and will be announced to you in advance by the bank and / or insurer. A lump sum insurance premium payment is also used (the one-off purchase price). This premium is often co-financed in the total financing. It is of course important that you pay on time. If this does not work for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution together with you.

Way in which we are rewarded
According to the law, we may only be paid for advice and brokerage in credit by the provider of the credit and not directly by the consumer. We therefore receive a fee from the provider of the credit for our services, in the form of a continuous commission. Therefore, you do not have to pay any separate costs to us when taking out the loan. If you have paid the interest on your loan, you have therefore also paid for our services. abdallahka.com advises and mediates only in NET credit protection insurance in the field of disability, unemployment and death risk. This means that abdallahka.com does NOT receive any commission on these products. You pay the premium that you pay on the insurance policy, monthly or all at once, directly to the insurance company. These costs therefore do not include any surcharges or extra amounts for our services.

Remuneration of our employees
The interests of our customers are central to our services. This is reflected in the way in which we reward our employees. Our employees are only remunerated on the basis of a fixed salary. There is therefore no variable remuneration, so that the customer's interests come first. We direct our employees to qualification, integrity, diligence and customer satisfaction. The assessment of this code of conduct determines the fixed income of our employees.

Do you have a complaint?
Naturally, we do our best to provide you with the best possible service. However, if you are not satisfied, we ask you to report this to us, so that we can still try to satisfy you. Termination of relationship
You have the right to terminate the relationship with our organization at any time. We too can take the initiative to end the relationship with you. This does not alter the fact that existing contracts are maintained.
